Why Coaching?
Through the process of coaching, clients deepen their learning, improve their performance, and enhance their quality of life. It is becoming increasingly prevalent for many individual or professionals to be able to deal competently with personal relationships and in the working and business environments.
How Do We Coach?
If we understand that everything in life is temporary and will eventually end, we will appreciate all our moments a little bit more – but when we feel ‘stuck’ the silver lining is harder to see.
We encourage you to look back fondly on the good memories and have pride in how you survived the challenging times. So, make the most of every day and every experience life offers, for it will not come back again.
The Coaching Process
The International Federation of Coaches (ICF) defines Coaching as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximise their personal and professional potential. Therefore, the role of a Coach, is to have empathy and be in equal partnership with you.
Coaching is based on the fact that you are the number one expert in your life. During these uncertain and complex times this is particularly important.
Coaching Questions
Do You Want To Unlock Your Highest Power And Potential?
- Do you want to create peace and connections from the inside out?
- Are you leaning into your unlimited power, or are you shrinking back and feel like you are stuck?
- Have you identified and taken responsibility for creating your own personal boundaries? Reminding yourself what you will and will not allow in your life?
- Are you over-thinking and going around in circles with the same worries and concerns, without clarity or a way forward?
- Is it time to let go of self-imposed limitations? Do not shrink, so that others will not feel insecure around you. Playing ‘small’ does not serve you, or the world.
- Responsibility is the most important thing we can learn in taking our power back. It is your responsibility to change what is not working.
- Where is your life-journey taking you? Are you happy with the choices you have made and are making every day?
- Are you aware of what you truly value in life? Do you make decisions based on your core values?
Standing on This Foundation, Our Coaching Process is to:
Define Your Vision

Define the vision for your future, what inspires you, what you really want, what you love doing and what makes you feel totally fulfilled.
Create An Action Plan
Identify what is keeping you ‘stuck’, what limiting beliefs you have that keep you in a state of fear or sabotage.
Create an action plan – what you need to change and how you take full responsibility for your choices going forward.
Take Ownership
Help you feel safe in a space held for you to be honest with yourself and take ownership for where you want to take your life.
Be real and be the change you want in your life.
Our Services
Our Areas of Coaching – Lean Into Your Power
Each area invites you to lean into your power—by aligning with your values, embracing vulnerability, releasing limiting beliefs, and taking responsibility for your life. This is your path to deeper self-awareness, meaningful change, and empowered living.
Know Your Values & Having Healthy Boundaries
Your values are the things that you believe are most important in the way you live and work – they serve your highest self. When the things that you do and the way you behave match your values, your outlook on life feels satisfied and content.
Self-Love And Connection To Others
This is the ultimate state of self-appreciation, coming from actions that support all areas of your life: how you feel physically, your state of mind and your spiritual growth. Having self-love means you actively work toward your own happiness, and do not rely on things or people to create it for you.
Authenticity, Integrity & Empathy
The personal quality of being genuine and without pretence in your actions and beliefs of yourself, as well as how you act towards others. To be truly authentic, means that you are the same person in front of others, that you are when you are alone.
Taking Responsibility & Making A Choice
To understand and believe that you are fully in charge of your own destiny through your own actions, decisions, and choices. To have a clear idea what you want out of life, having a plan on how to achieve it, and consciously making decisions that bring you closer to this goal/s.
Releasing Limiting Beliefs & Being Stuck
These are negative thoughts and opinions about yourself, which you see and experience as the absolute truth. Such beliefs usually have an adverse impact on your life and can prevent you from progressing forward and growing both on a personal and professional level.
Understand Defence Mechanisms & Unconscious Commitments
This is the ultimate state of self-appreciation, coming from actions that support all areas of your life: how you feel physically, your state of mind and your spiritual growth. Having self-love means you actively work toward your own happiness, and do not rely on things or people to create it for you.
Finding Clarity On Decisions
The most important aspect of clarity is deciding what you want from your life/based on your highest values. This will require a deep and intense process of acknowledging and reflecting on what needs to change in your life. From there, you align your thoughts, actions, and decisions towards making that happen.
Finding Inspiration and Being You As You Are, Without Fear Of Being Vulnerable
Vulnerability is a state of emotional exposure that comes with a certain degree of uncertainty and maturity. It involves a person’s willingness to accept the emotional risk that comes from being open and willing to love and be loved. The fear of vulnerability is a common fear, but it is only once we can overcome this, that we can truly be ourselves.
Having A Vision For The Future And Being The Change
Rather than blaming others, making others wrong, or expecting other people or situations to change, we should connect to our future vision and actively work towards making that vision a reality.
